Cancellation Policy
Your order can only be cancelled till the status is “Ready to Ship. To request a cancellation, please
contact support@tokobliss.com immediately with your order number.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processed by us within 7 business days
after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. Orders placed during promotional events or using discount
codes are considered final and are not eligible for cancellation.
Refund and Return Policy

At Toolless, every product is crafted with care and precision. If you are not completely satisfied with
your purchase, we are pleased to offer returns under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility
  • Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, if you’ve received wrong or
    expired product(s).
  • An email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product should be sent within the stipulated time in
    order for us to accept the request.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Sale items and limited-edition collections are final sale unless defective.
  • In case of damaged/ missing product(s), raise a return/ replacement request within 2 days from the
    date of delivery.
  1. Under what conditions return/ replacement requests will not be accepted?
  • Opened/ used/ altered products.
  • Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
  • The return/ replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The damaged/ missing product is reported within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  1. How to Initiate a Return
    Should you wish to return all or part of your order, you need to inform us at support@tokobliss.com
    with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Refunds
    If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card,
    bank, wallet, etc) within 7 working days of receiving the request from you.
    For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of requesting a
    refund.
  3. Return Shipping
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
    We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

    support@tokobliss.com. We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly.
    There are no shipping charges for the orders equal and above the billing value of INR 495. However, if
    your order is less than INR 495, there will be a shipping charge depending on the location.
