A Commitment to Your Satisfaction

At TokoBliss, every product is crafted with care and precision. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer returns/refund under the following conditions:

 

1. Eligibility

·       Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, if you’ve received wrong or expired product(s).

·       An email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product should be sent within the stipulated time in order for us to accept the request.

·       Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

·       Sale items and limited-edition collections are final sale unless defective.

·       In case of damaged/ missing product(s), raise a request within 2 days from the date of delivery.

 

2. Under what conditions return/ replacement requests will not be accepted?

·       Opened/ used/ altered products.

·       Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.

·       The return/ replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end.

·       The damaged/ missing product is reported within 2 days from the date of delivery. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end.

 

 3. How to Initiate a Return

Should you wish to return all or part of your order, you need to inform us at support@tokobliss.com with your order number and reason for return.

You agree that there may be a certain category of products / items that are exempted from returns or refunds. Such categories of the products would be identified to you at the item of purchase.), once your returned product / item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you about receipt of the returned product. Further, If the same has been approved after the quality check at our end, your request will be processed in accordance with our policies.

 4. Refunds

In case of any refunds approved by VETRALIA INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD, for online payments, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7-10 working days of receiving the request from you.

For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of requesting a refund.

 

 5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
